Cancellation Policy

Scope • 90-minute assessment to understand your dog’s history, routines, and behaviour, and to build a tailored plan. • We may practice brief foundation exercises, but this is not a full training session and no medical or grooming procedures are performed. • Force-free, reward-based methods only. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule up to 3 hours before the start time. • Late cancel (<3h) or no-show = appointment counted as used and is non-refundable. Payment • $120 due at booking to secure your time. Payments are non-refundable; rescheduling is allowed within the policy. Location, Access & Parking • Held at your home and neighbourhood (within Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge; ~40-min one-way radius). • Provide safe access/entry and parking details. If paid parking is required at the chosen location, the cost is billed at actual cost with receipt (I’ll confirm in advance if expected to exceed $10 CAD). Health & Safety • Please disclose any bite history, reactivity, injuries, health issues, or medications before the visit. Reschedule if your dog is unwell/contagious. • Dogs must wear secure equipment (flat collar and/or well-fitted harness). • Not permitted: prong/pinch collars, electronic/e-collars (static/vibration/tone), head halters (e.g., Halti/Gentle Leader), choke chains/slip collars used as a choke, and retractable leashes. • A muzzle may be required if appropriate. I may pause/stop the session if conditions are unsafe. • Sessions start at the scheduled time; if you’re late, we’ll use the remaining time. Agreement By booking this Meet & Greet, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these terms and that you’re 18+ (or have guardian permission).
